The Cross Recreation Centre Balclutha Half Marathon and 10 km was held on Saturday 12th October in very warm conditions. The half marathon also serves as the Otago Half Marathon Championships for runners registered in clubs affiliated with Athletics Otago.
In the Otago Championships Half Marathon, Leon, Gordon, Claire and Ian were all placed in their categories. However, the most notable performer was Leon who was first overall to become Otago Half Marathon Champion 2024. Congratulations Leon.
