A sunny day, with a cooling breeze, there was a lineup of 14 Walkers (1500m) 11 Colts (800m) 11 Runners combined to run the Ted Brown and McStay (1500m). All races being handicap resulted in very close racing, and thrilling finishes which kept timekeepers and place recorders on their toes.  

You could not have asked for a better day to “open” the 2025 “Harrier Season” the sun was out, the sky was blue, a few had “new shoes” 60 odd members and new members greeted each other and new friends were made during the variety of runs and walks. … ending with a social feed…
