Pleasant, overcast and windless conditions were in place for the 2024 Caversham Harriers Brighton to Green Island Road Race. a field of 25 children contested an out and back course of either 1.7k or 2k. there were 8 Walkers, and 46 runners, made up from local clubs and community entries, allocated handicaps, and then sent on their way on the challenging 10k to Green Island. 1st runner Dean Gordon 46:16, 1st Walker Janice Hughes 1:28:21.
